The Happiness System book. Interesting, worth reading. In general, the book is about how not to be in the captivity of false beliefs. And allow yourself to get a high from life and use it to the full.
This book “unhappy millionaire” who seeks to regain a taste for life. If you approach what the author writes critically and correctly scale everything to your life, it will be useful.

Once again I am convinced that the more a person has achieved, the more often he analyzes his path from the position of “did I like all this and all these people?”.
For the active, thinking, doubting, for those who are in search. The book hit me personally.

On the plus side: the assignments at the end of the chapters are creative and unusually done. I remember other books of self-help genre and there I missed these tasks almost everywhere. They are there as if they were made for a tick, but not here.

"The Happiness System" - Great book. It came to me at the right time and helped me to rethink many things in my work and life. You read and recognize in many examples of the author yourself and your emotions)
And after all, the ability to live happily, enjoy the moment and be content with what you have determines your success more than any material wealth, status or title....
read lessAfter books as important to me as The Subtle Art of Pofigism and Peterson's Rules of Life, this is the first time I encounter an opposing viewpoint on happiness. More precisely, I see how the author puts happiness at the center of his study. While other authors, primarily western pop-psychology gurus try their best to discourage readers from thinking of happiness as a priority in life. I can't say that Suvorov changed my mind. But he definitely made me think and try to introduce techniques and practices from his experience into my daily life. Let's see what will come out of it.

It energizes and inspires. And it makes the concept of “happiness” quite tangible and achievable. And not something abstract and far-fetched.
Enjoyed the voiceover, the reader's voice perfectly suits the author. It is easy to perceive and memorize information by ear.

read lessThe book The Happiness System is just top! It is even strange that of the dozens of self-help books that I have read, I have not seen SO simple presentation of my thoughts.
Curiously, at the beginning of the text it turns out that Suvorov's company is engaged in the production of machines for blowing plastic bottles. Well, it would seem, what could be more distant from my life? What would this man's experience give me?
In the end, I read the book literally in an evening. It was unreal.
I got rid of a lot of patterns, although I didn't realize I had them. I reconsidered my immediate plans and goals for a year or two. You could say, rebooted my brain and filled it with new ideas.
I recommend the book)

read lessBefore starting fasting, I had many doubts and fears. I always imagined fasting as a bedridden state under medical supervision, a lack of energy, and so on. My biggest insight was that you can live a full life—exercise, go to work—and actually gain more energy in the process.
The last three days were simply incredible. It felt like I was floating. My thoughts became clear and sharp. I found solutions to complex problems and wrote down many interesting ideas.
Another revelation for me was fasting in a group. It’s amazing how much easier and more engaging the process becomes when you do it with others, getting answers to many questions and overcoming challenges together.
And, of course, the key to an enjoyable fasting experience is an amazing leader. With years of experience, he has developed an incredibly simple yet effective system that makes fasting easy and comfortable. Sasha shared this knowledge in a very accessible, convenient, and efficient way.
Thanks to this fasting session, I have changed several of my habits and will definitely do similar sessions in the future. Huge thanks to Sasha and all the participants in our powerful group for their support!
read lessThis is my third time fasting for 7 days in a group led personally by Oleksandr.
It’s an incredible experience, and with each session, fasting becomes easier. Every time, I let go of unnecessary things, gaining a more conscious perception of each moment—what I enjoy and what I don’t in my daily routine. This has allowed me to start changing what doesn’t serve me and drains my energy.
As in every session, after the fourth day, I began to feel lightness in my soul, more trust in the Universe, and love in my heart. I missed this part of myself. I noticed that I lose this lightness when I suppress it with snacks, sweets, or coffee.
The first two days were tough, just like in previous sessions, because of headaches. But each time after fasting, I go almost two months without coffee—I simply don’t crave it. And I can clearly feel the difference in my perception of life with and without it.
The daily Zoom meetings with Oleksandr in the morning are something special. They provide support, and he openly explains what’s happening to the body and mind, which brings a sense of calm. He shares a lot of valuable information, and every session brings something new. This time, for me, it was about auditing my daily schedule. I also learned new details on how to better shape the vision of my happy self.
Every day, I listened to lessons and followed the recommended practices. I kept a journal—this time, I wrote so much it felt like I had filled entire books! Fasting has its own routine, which makes life without food easier. And even when my mind was saying, "I can’t do this anymore," I felt the energy Oleksandr had set in motion. Just following the methodology and lessons was enough to carry me through, even when I experienced a crisis on the seventh day and had trouble sleeping.
Overall, I had much more energy during fasting! I lived my normal life and even traveled with my family over the weekend.
I’m grateful to Oleksandr for this practice and for making this knowledge so simple and accessible through real-life experience.
I’m ready for my fourth session in the group with guidance.
Thank you to the group. Thank you to myself for my resilience.
read lessThis is my second session of conscious preventive fasting, a seven-day one. I have already completed a ten-day fast before. I was very anxious. For beginners, I can say—I was really worried about how I would survive without food for so many days.
It turned out that I did survive, living a full life without stepping away from my daily activities. Moreover, through practice, I found solutions here and now.
My physical condition remained almost unchanged. I lost 4 kg, but it’s not a significant amount, considering I continued workouts, exercise, and active participation in daily tasks.
What is most important for me—this practice divides life into "before" and "after." Thanks to Alexander’s mentorship, the process was completely free of suffering. Being part of a group where everyone supports each other was an incredible experience.
The second key aspect is the spiritual one: Alexander’s lessons, guidance, morning calls. It’s not just about being led but also about self-discovery and inner work.
Fasting clears the mind, enhances focus, and allows you to solve problems here and now while undergoing transformation.
On the morning of the 8th day, I haven’t eaten yet, but I already feel victorious. I experienced catharsis, felt deep change, found answers to my questions, gained insights, and analyzed my state. I discovered mental clarity, harmony of mind and emotions, and a complete sense of self. It’s pure joy, clarity, and satisfaction.
A huge thank you to the team that walked this path together and to Alexander. This has been an incredible journey into my inner world and towards something new. Thank you!
read lessAlexander, greetings!
I want to thank you for "The Happiness System". It is one of the few books that I couldn’t put down. I read all 200 pages in one breath in a single evening 😊.
"The main task of a person who wants to be happy is to allow themselves to be."
"When your main goal is happiness, you gain a compass."
There are so many quotes I could highlight, but I’ll put it this way: how to change beliefs, mental work on oneself—I've learned and read a lot about this. But your writing style—through experience, through real-life examples—is so clear and easy to grasp that it truly resonates!
Once again, I am convinced: the true depth of any knowledge can only be conveyed by someone who has experienced it firsthand.
Thank you for sharing your experience ❤️

A lot of useful advice.
Thank you to the author, and I recommend it to everyone who wants to become a little happier ❤️
Good evening. My name is Olga. After reading your book, I always wanted to write to you, but somehow only now, seeing the article on Suspilne, I decided it’s a sign. I should write. While reading, I was proud of your perseverance and determination. Like us, the children of ordinary working parents, who didn’t have financial literacy or a solid financial cushion from childhood, we have to go through a path of renewal, bumping into obstacles, making mistakes, drawing conclusions, and moving forward... You are truly great for not stopping at what you’ve achieved and continuing to conquer new heights. I have a somewhat rhetorical question for you: where do you find the strength to keep going, especially in these difficult times, without giving up, and finding the strength to grow and keep moving forward...? I’m grateful in advance for your answer and wish you a peaceful evening!
read lessGreetings.
This is me at the evening of the 10th day of conscious preventive fasting with Alexander Suvorov. My first session.
I was already familiar with fasting. I did 40 days of one-day fasts every Monday. But committing to 10 days is hard, and here...
Not knowing what to expect, my main question was whether I could endure 10 days without food and bring my body back to normal. And at the same time, could I continue to live my usual life, working? But I got so much more...
Alexander is a very experienced faster and prepared a special program for the group. It’s filled with both physical procedures and mental practices. But no “rituals” (those are optional :)
A gift for myself and my future self — absolutely!
Alexander's support is a powerful one at every stage, every day.
His vast experience and lessons every day opened my understanding of how our body works and what this really is — a gift to yourself, not forced torture. The energy was uplifting. Thank you so much for the drive!
The group is powerful. The live communication and daily setup were an impressive support from like-minded people, with whom you experience catharsis — but in a pleasant way! Everyone endured, and moreover, made huge changes in their lives.
What I managed to rethink:
- Nutrition,
- Writing,
- Relationships,
- Mission,
- Communication,
- The day... And everything in life.
Nutrition:
My main concern entering was whether I could last 10 days without food. Our ancestors went through tough times, and life prepares us to be ready for anything. So fasting with joy is a new line in our history. It’s a great contribution to conscious living and personal health.
I’ve developed a desire to approach my diet more carefully. Because our body is a temple, and not everyone should enter it.
Mental practices touch every aspect of life, because otherwise, you end up with a "wrong soup" ;)
Writing:
I used to write a lot by hand, but hundreds of thousands of my words got lost in a drawer. And I began to fear that something would not be preserved, I wouldn’t find it... so I stopped the habit of writing altogether... But when I write now, it feels like I begin to breathe again, like I’ve held my breath and made the first deep breath, and then another. It really energized me.
Another goal was to restart my perception of the world.
I’ve started believing in the future again. And this is an additional request... Recently, I noticed the hustle in my thoughts and behavior, a somewhat aggressive attitude... I’ve been degrading, it’s a pity, but it’s the truth, and I admit this in comparison with today.
I lost my thirst for life, lost interest in creating something, got stuck in the swamp of everyday affairs, and, most importantly, what I considered important to manifest in life got lost in illusory images. It’s like I disappeared from the Earth without fulfilling or showing myself!
On this practice, I managed to take a look at my true self — the one that had been covered with dust.
Habits:
During the practice, you put your habits on pause. For example, I have a habit of drinking Chinese tea. And I realize I should consume it less, but I really enjoy the taste and warmth. A pause in usage is beneficial.
Other harmful habits I left behind in past years...
Practices:
I’ve tried different practices in my life, but this one is the best. There’s nothing more to add. Both my health and mind are falling into place.
Fun observation:
I noticed that many people around talk about food. Really, who ate what, in movies they describe food, in theaters they talk about salo on bread, even describing and savoring it in detail. The smell of food is everywhere.
But I spent all 10 days without a crumb. Amazing!
So:
Not everything was realized to the fullest, since this is my first time, considering the routine.
But the result of the practice is getting to know myself.
In Alexander's book, there’s a quote from David Lynch: "Inside us, there is an ocean of higher consciousness — this is the ocean of decisions. Diving deep, you bring it to life."
I am very satisfied with the result, happy.
I’m sure that the movement is only forward, and for this, I have all the necessary tools. I am very grateful to someone like Alexander, who shares his experience and also offers bonuses.
I’m sincerely grateful!
I have known Alexander Suvorov for many years, and we have communicated a lot during this time. Sometimes he would talk about his fasting system. To be honest, I didn’t pay much attention to it, and like probably most people, I was skeptical about his fasting 😊. This time I joined the session seemingly by chance; I ran into Alexander at the gym, and he said that we would start in two weeks, join us. On the other hand, something about it immediately resonated with me, and I internally said, "Okay." So I believe it was not a coincidence; subconsciously, I needed it, and everything just aligned with the right place and time! I spent two weeks preparing, and once I make a decision, I go all the way. I was wondering how it would go, if it would be difficult, how to handle it, etc. The turning point was the book I read (The Art of Not Eating); after it, there were no more doubts! Once I started, I was surprised by how easily and interestingly everything went. I realized that it’s not just about abstaining from food, it’s much deeper, as Alexander writes. Everything new was exciting every day, and the group dynamic really helped — you all are amazing! A separate topic is Alexander himself, his professional daily support, combined with his incredible energy, drive, and experience — it’s truly something amazing! What did this give me, and what did I take from this session? I probably still haven’t fully realized everything, I’m still analyzing. However:
- I cleansed my body, really cleansed, not just lost 10 kg. I feel it on a primal level.
- I cleansed my mind, oh, this is hard to describe, but it’s really an incredible thing!
- I cleansed the space around me, a great practice.
- I made 3 serious business decisions I had been postponing and hesitating about.
- And most importantly — I started working on the image of myself as a happy person!
Maybe someone would say that it’s not that much, but I don’t think so! I’m absolutely sure that my life will be different after this session. A very powerful practice, thank you, Alexander!
Video +
I watched the "esoteric part," and then paused it. I will deal with the "borscht," and move on to the business story afterward.
I really liked that it was said, in words I could understand, what is important in life. Examples from personal experience really strengthened my desire to go in this direction toward happiness.
I highlighted for myself the point "the audacity to be happy," that I need to allow myself to be happy)))
I laughed that without an image, without a compass, we, like insects, crawl among the blades of grass and think we rule the world — that really shattered my mood.
The book "Let Go of the Handle" intrigued me, I would be very grateful if you could share the manuscript.
I will be working on the "borscht of life" (and here's a food-related theme 😏).
I completed the program with Alexander Suvorov for the second time.
This time, it was the 10-day Fasting for Happiness program.
It’s a wonderful practice that Alexander introduced to me.
I couldn’t even believe that I could go without food for such a long time. But the lessons, group dynamics, daily Zoom meetings, procedures, and support — all of this helped.
I gained many insights for myself, changed 2 habits, because during this session, I saw what adds to my irritability. I became even prouder of myself for having such endurance and being able to cook breakfasts, even when I wasn’t eating.
I also revisited my Wheel of Life, made notes about what I want to do and what I don’t want. Because during fasting, mental clarity is something truly incredible.
I’m grateful to Alexander for introducing me to this practice, for his care and professionalism in guiding me. Thank you.
I’m looking forward to the next session in the spring.
Sasha, hello. I watched the recording of your performance on Sunday at the Collider. I enjoyed it and got some ideas to implement in my life! You inspire, you’re authentic, genuine, and cool! 😎

I’ve just completed another fasting session.
This time, I re-evaluated my relationship with an acquaintance: I analyzed our communication, felt lighter, and let go of the situation.
I reflected on productivity and efficiency: how to find fresh approaches when things slow down. And they do slow down for me—my brain gets tired!
Physical exercise, walks, a schedule where it says "go for a walk" – and you actually have to go, so the brain can also "breathe."
Worked out physically and really enjoyed it.
Feeling happy after another session. :)
Thank you, Oleksandr, for the practice 🤝

I completed another fasting session this Monday.

Mr. Oleksandr, I am very grateful to you for the lessons and for the videos on YouTube that you recorded every day.
These videos gave me the opportunity to look at the physical process from the perspective of mentality and energy.
It was powerful!
By the way, I had never seen squirrels during my walks before. But now, one day I saw a squirrel, and on another day, a snake ))
I started listening to Alexander Suvorov's book about "The System of Happiness."
"In working with an image, the main thing is to separate the essence, edit the image, simplify."
This month, I tried to feel, separate, and address these elements.
When you start taking responsibility for YOURSELF: where you work, how you spend your free time, what goals you set, who surrounds you, your thoughts, and everything else that makes up your life - you train and develop your own system of happiness.
And when you understand that any choice is only in your hands, the most important support for yourself grows inside you because you know you can handle anything and that everything depends on you.
You can decide, try, change your mind, make mistakes, and try again. And do things the way you want, not the way someone else does.
After all, the goal of our life is to be happy. But at some point, we got confused and made things more complicated.
Hello!
Overall, I read the book about happiness in one breath over 1.5 days, thank you)
It seems like I stumbled upon it just at the right time.
I have been practicing various techniques for about 4 years now, but there are occasional setbacks. All teachings more or less revolve around one thing - the purpose of a person is to live a happy life, and most importantly, allow oneself to do so.
Your thoughts are so cool, open, and deeply conveyed. It's very interesting to read about your experience, it's motivating. Thank you very much for your sincerity, it really shines through between the lines :)
Oleksandr, thank you for the book! I'm still in the process of reading it, but I want to thank you again. I thought I was a happy person and couldn't be any happier, but it turns out I can be, enjoying every minute in the little things. I've come a very long way to this understanding because I'm from a village, and the whole world is something new to me. I rejoice in many things, but I started to forget that happiness is in the little things. With your book, I remembered!
Conclusions from the first third: I have again in contrast - I have seen so much grief in my life that happy people, unfortunately, are an exception, but it turns out you just need to make a decision. It doesn't matter when – sooner or later, I did it. Now I understand that all the bad things I went through were to understand the value of happy moments. This is important! I have been deeply engaged in spiritual matters for a long time, and again: there can never be too much happiness! Thank you also for the courage to bring your experience to the public and transform it in such a way as to help a large number of people! That’s what all our suffering is for – to draw conclusions, develop a method, and show the way to others. This is a true mission!
Why am I saying this now? I spent 3 hours on the phone with a friend who is having a relationship crisis. I told her all your exercises, and she decided to do them and become happy regardless of the circumstances. Thanks to your book, you saved another life. I'm grateful for the tools! 🙏
You communicate very clearly to ordinary people, with specific tools and most importantly - your own example. You combine both soul and body, which is a delight!
Keep going! Maybe consider doing training for trainers and developing some kind of game specifically for entrepreneurs and/or companies because I understand them the most. Such a happiness revolution! Wrapping up now.
As we say in one spiritual teaching - always stay with us! 🙏

Today I finished a one-day fast!
This time it was the most enjoyable day 😊 because I gave myself a day off, and there was no work stress!
I haven't resolved the issue of stress during work yet. Procedures, physical exercises, and herbal tea – I feel very happy!
Hello everyone, I’m accepting congratulations on my first fast! I didn't follow the procedures 🙈.
I needed to get ready and wait for my order to arrive, but I went straight to a restaurant for dinner where everyone ate, except me – I indulged in green tea, couldn't resist.
I had a lot of energy yesterday, even more than usual, it was amazing🔥
Thank you @roman_khristin for the inspiration and @ASuvorov_1 for the methodology. I’ll keep going ☀️
Hello everybody!
For me, the sacred part of fasting is thinking!
This is also a practice with cleaning "brains"
And every time comes something new, a new feeling!
I see and perceive the world with feelings, images, thinking!
This time, my feelings in the morning were in the area that there are people who manage to build something grandiose. And an example of this is a large part of a certain industry!
And thousands of actions lead to this... to come to an understanding of the scale yourself, and for everything around to be constructed by an organic system!
Only after cleaning yourself from the daily noise can you understand what has become dusty inside ☀️
Good practice everyone 🎬

I noticed that for several months in a row I have been mentally quoting Oleksandr Suvorov every time miracles happen in life. Simple, daily, but miracles. The further - the more often.
It started after I went through a mentoring program with Oleksandr. Never before have conversations about high matters such as Happiness been so mundane, understandable and accessible. It is valuable for me that these conversations are not with a psychologist and not with a Tibetan monk, but with an ordinary Ukrainian, an entrepreneur from Chernihiv, a person with identical mentality, similar values, motivators, views, fears, victories and defeats as mine.
It's just that this person understood more, looked more broadly, allowed himself to see miracles in the moment and share this ability with others.

The condition of the skin has changed, it has become clean and smooth, the body is cleansed of toxins. No drowsiness or depression. Physical and emotional condition has improved! The system works!
And in general, I am grateful to you every day, now my life has changed. These changes began in September 2023, when I went through your transformation
happiness system program.
Thank you.
read lessGood morning, Alexander. I apologize for the informality of my private message, but I am the person to whom you gave your book at the language club. Yesterday, I started reading it, and I feel compelled to share my impression without delay: It resonates deeply with me, almost as if I knew its essence and meaning all along, only to have forgotten it. 😯 Initially, I planned to read for just half an hour before bed, but I couldn't resist diving deeper into its pages. When I attended the club meeting, I had no idea who you were. However, I was pleasantly surprised by your book and must admit to summoning the courage, perhaps even impudence in the best sense of the word, to ask for it. It's a shame I didn't request an autograph! 🤣
In my opinion, your book, though unfinished in my reading, stands as the best literature I've encountered recently. Firstly, it avoids unnecessary verbosity, a trait I appreciate as I dislike lengthy tomes filled with extraneous detail. Instead, its essence could easily fit into a concise brochure. Secondly, it flows effortlessly, as it delves into life and your personal reflections and actions. Thirdly, it serves as a practical guide rather than a dry theoretical discourse. I found myself wishing for more pages to record the multitude of happy moments it inspired. At times, it felt as though you were channeling my own thoughts onto the page.
So, why am I indulging in this verbosity? Simply put, I want to express my sincere gratitude. I can only imagine the countless accolades you've received, but allow me to add mine to the chorus. The last book to evoke such excitement in me was Norbekov's "The Experience of a Fool" — both the first and the last of its kind. I am genuinely pleased, even elated, to know that individuals like you exist in our country and, specifically, in our city. Thanks to individuals like yourself, I believe our planet has yet to cast us off its surface. Instead, a higher power affords us the chance, time and time again, to evolve, to fulfill our purpose, and to realize our mission in this world

it was possible and could happen like this). A powerful tool for all areas of
life. This morning, even danced to music)). 💯 A happy moment! During this time, almost
didn't think about business, been living only for it for the past few years.
Today feels like concentration and focus. It's much easier to get through it with the group, spontaneity of the approach also
helped. Alexander, thank you for this gift and the safety of the journey!
Wishing everyone a
great Monday! Here's some feedback:
Fasting has become a very powerful and decisive habit for me! On the 15th week, I finally found my ideal day. It's a period for the body when it should be in a state of calmness! It's best to be alone: walking, thinking, and exercising a bit.
It gets harder when there's stress... Fasting makes it easier to control myself, but internally I crave peace.
I really enjoy the practice, especially feeling it on Tuesdays... it's that peak you strive for! The motivation is strong! So the goal is visible!
What I find difficult is doing a full cleanse every time!
My body is young ☀️ I've decided not to do it every time, maybe just 1-2 times a month! It's more comfortable for me.
read lessGood morning. Fasting is behind me, and the feeling of taking
the right step towards meeting myself firmly fixed. Getting out of the chaos
matrix through fasting 😁, such
a cool opportunity to face of my strong
and weak sides. This week's technical
maintenance was
very unusual; for the first time, I understood that I am strong at 100%,
sensitive, and supportive at 100%.
For the first time in 10 years I felt feminine
weakness in myself, it was even pleasant. I wrote that my third day was about
cleansing through tears. Thoughts became brighter and warmer. On Friday, my general cleaning began, yesterday I was still
deleting photos, and unnecessary things from gadgets, and I am going to get rid of a lot of my gadgets. I even thought, a person far exceeds his needs,
I wanted even more quality around me, I'm talking about things/people/emotions.
So cool to meet the best version of your body, a body capable of overcoming the
eager desire for delicacies, a body capable of overcoming itself. I am proud of
us because we set the best of the best goals for ourselves, and we put
ourselves first - it's very important!
Hello!
I want to share my impressions after 36 hours of conscious preventive fasting.
Firstly, without hesitation - I am proud of myself,I have the feeling that I've given the most precious gift to myself, and I've realized that I won't be able to live without this from now on.
Secondly, thank you, Oleksandr and the team, for detailed tools throughout the process of experiencing this period. I felt support on a mental level! 🙏🏻
Finally, ease, grounding, and renewal - now my personal triggers in this practice.
P.S. And what a delicious flaxseed porridge in the morning, sensations of receptors in a new way. 👏🏻
Wishing everyone a positive day and the strength of spirit to practice again and again.
Hello, friends! Successfully completed a 36-hour fast with you. Everything went well. There was weakness in the body, a heavy head, no desire to do anything except fasting. But circumstances forced me to leave home and spend a day outside of my apartment. I drank little water, about a liter a day. Didn't do any physical exercises. Didn't go for a walk. Read motivation and mantra only once. Practiced the jade frog only, but didn't do it. Magnesium and enema - successful! Enjoyed the first experience! Intend to continue! Started a diary. Thank you for the support and feedback! It's fun and easy together! Thank you! Thanks to Alexander for the excellent methodology and the prospect of improving health! Let's rejoice!
Adding to yesterday's feedback.
A VERY interesting experience, very motivating, immerses you in yourself, makes you see familiar things differently. Truly comes out changed.
At first, there was curiosity and fear, then acceptance and ease.
And satisfaction from the experience and achievement.
Great program, great structure, videos, mantras, motivations.
I wish everyone further success 🤝
read lessDo you have experience with conscious fasting?
I had this temptation to try for a long time, especially with the persistent advertising of a course by @asuvorov_1, the owner of a machine-building plant and one of our clients.
Changing means changing.And said so..
Shortly about my experience:
Physically enduring is not as difficult as psychologically...
I didn't notice that food is everywhere, or places where you usually buy something for yourself, cafes, shops. Snacks everywhere: candies, apples, mandarins, advertisements: bread, dominoes, sausages - everything looks at you. Someone is crunching something, or carrying it from the store.
Habits everywhere: wake up - breakfast, come to work - coffee, soon lunch. Oh! I return from work — I'll go to the supermarket, oh! dinner is coming soon.
And you have water, water, water...
Important discovery: How much time and energy we spend on snacks, coffee, food.
How much stress and negativity we swallow,
If something is not liked or if it's an uncomfortable, challenging task — "I haven't eaten/drank in a while, I'll treat myself to something tasty."
What you get as a result is lightness and peace, balance, a changed focus of attention.
You really feel like an observer, wanting changes, not wanting to do standard things, argue, or get nervous.
At first, there was curiosity and fear, then acceptance and ease. Later on, you perceive hunger much easier.
A VERY interesting experience, very motivating, immersing oneself.
Satisfaction from the result, pride in oneself. You really come out different.
I Highly Recommend Everyone to Try It!

Thanks to the "Happiness System" course, I saved my marriage! A dead end relationship and anxiety about it was the main motivation to join the program. And I was not mistaken. I realized the truth: "no one can make a person happy except himself" and stopped demanding that my husband "make me happy." In addition, by conscientiously completing homework, I worked through my harmful patterns that prevented me from building healthy, not dependent, relationships. Nothing will work until each of us takes our own happiness into our own hands. I started my own path to Happiness by recording Happy Moments every day, started paying more attention to my health, finally signed up for salsa and bought an easel and paints! I almost stopped communicating with people who literally exhausted me, I literally edited my environment. My internal changes magically affected our relationship. The man asked: what happened to me. And I said simply: Happiness. I gradually taught him the Happiness System!
The value of the “System of Happiness” course, like a book of the same name, is especially for me because the author is a real Ukrainian entrepreneur, and not a foreign coach who is not close to our realities. Suvorov knows all the pains, fears, problems, pardons, decisions like jokes here in Ukraine, and not here in Miami and Silicon Valley. Listening to yoga on the course, I became aware: in front of me was a person, who knew how to behave and honestly shared them in a friendly, not casual manner. I'm cool. The presentation of the material is simple and sensible, the task is extraordinary and cliques - dig deep for yourself, but the result ... Good fixation of Happy Moments has become my best star. Re-reading your SM for example, week by week, mind: damn, I'm happy!!!
"The System of Happiness" by Suvorov helped me correctly place accents in my life. The book, the video on the channel, Oleksandr's regular additions in social networks and, obviously, the course itself - all in the complex - taught me to concentrate less on the main, on the other side. To leave only constructive, positive people in sharpened, that without regret to say goodbye to toxic ones, rather to keep track of your budget, aby pennies was “equally old, so you don’t think about them”, allow yourself to do it without a bit of guilt. And the smut - I managed to order all my own, if chaotic numbers with obvious distortions, one main goal - be Happy! The Happiness system helped me to put things in order with life.
On 28.08, he had the opportunity to join Oleksandr Suvorov's broadcast "Happiness is not a luxury, but a useful habit!". Is there value in anything in life, if you get what you want and remain unsatisfied? So Oleksandr raises this question. During all the years of his own practice, he developed his own system. Thanks for the information, especially for the personal analysis of the case. I was greatly encouraged, it puts brains!
About three weeks ago, I bought the book "Happiness System". A person has a body, mind and spirit. When it seemed that everything was fine, a crisis came. Perhaps a midlife crisis. Psychologically, I was sitting in the abyss, I was at the bottom, and I would never have believed that this was even real without the use of alcohol and other harmful habits! But the brain decided to destroy me, oppressing me for all the failures that burned everything alive from the inside as if with a laser beam.
The Happiness system became a savior for me. I realized that I needed something that would awaken the core of energy from within. Step by step, Oleksandr's advice pulled me out, gave me strength and resources. Just 10 minutes. Practitioner in the afternoon and radical changes from the inside!
So thank you very much, and to whom the topic is close, read modern Ukrainian literature by O. Suvorov - this is the life of a modern writer, which I am delighted with!

After Oleksandr's lecture, I
was very impressed. None of the Ukrainian entrepreneurs with such passion and
experience paid attention to happiness as one of the main elements in life!
I had a burnout, which led
to the opposite effect of happiness - a complete collapse, there was no meaning
in actions, there were no chances... At least that's how it seemed!
Any settings like planning
or making certain decisions didn't work at all.
I needed a ray of hope,
understanding how to move forward, motivation and meaning.
I felt that I needed a
system of happiness, like an internal compass that builds life not through
need, but "want")
I felt it, and in the book
Oleksandr, thank you very much, I just found words of support, settings, and
motivating storytelling!
And it started to level
off... Projects appeared, mood and hopes)
I work, but I want to
develop in business, growing important people, money, material goods... And the
most important thing is to have the meaning of life and a happy meaningful
feeling in every breath!
Happy Independence Day
I read your book "Happiness System". Thank you for her! Thank you for sharing your experience and work! This is very valuable! It's been the second year since I lost myself. I am currently trying to recover. And your book was as timely as ever)). I am already practicing SCM, writing it down and returning to those feelings of happiness. It's really hard work on your mentality. Thank you for such simple and effective tools. I describe images of myself as happy, and I work on "allowing myself". I really liked the idea with postcards. That's how it responded))). I will definitely do it))). I wish you happiness.
Thank you very much for your way and work! The book and the knowledge in it pull me out...I attended your lecture, I realized that most of the approaches are close to me...And when I was in a very difficult situation, I bought the book...And life began to level out...I felt a state of happiness, a feeling of faith and happiness and confidence appeared again...projects have gone, I am leveling up...And with a happy mood, new challenges are presented in a completely different way. I'm waiting, tuning in, thanks.
The book "Happiness System". An inspiring book. I read it in 3 days. It could be done in a day, but there is still work to be done. That's why I had to stretch it. And remembering the intonation of your conversation, I read it as if you were telling it yourself. I was so inspired that I sometimes want to write a book myself. Is it a pity, whether it's luck, I have the experience of a bad divorce, and because of the desire to kill and bury, I was able to go out for the day in the spring - I'm fine, the main thing is that I'm happy. But after reading the book, I understand that you need to polish your happiness to the state of Perfect.
The book "System of Happiness". Children and business A very relevant topic. I came across it when my dad was desperate for me and my sister to continue his business to pass on from generation to generation ...
But at the same time, from childhood, he did not instill interest in this process. I just didn't know how. And when we grew up, he didn’t understand us that we chose our own path, didn’t go for everything ready, and he took it as a betrayal. Although it is not. We love and respect him dearly. And there was risk and strength in this, we wanted to achieve everything ourselves and our own ...
read lessToday I finished this crazy journey of reading the wonderful book "Starving for Happiness: Diary of a Starving Millionaire"! This story started on Facebook, where I followed the author, just because dude!) Then I saw that he also writes books! I already had in my arsenal knowledge of fasting according to Paul Brague and once practiced fasting for 24-36 hours. Then everything was forgotten and turned around (I'm just a lazy magpie, as my friend says), but now somehow the stars aligned so that I started practicing yoga in the mornings, quit smoking, drinking alcohol, and then I remembered the usefulness of intermittent fasting! And here is this book. It's cool that the practical experience is described, it's inspiring, useful links to the YouTube channel about fasting! So far, I can hardly stand 24-36 hours! "Uncle Zhora" from the book is coming and no matter how hard I try to pull in my stomach to fight him, it's difficult! But I was inspired and want to take the bar for three days without food! p.s. Thank you Oleksandr for the useful work! I will gladly join the practices!
I very rarely read books with a "dry" theory, incomprehensible to an ordinary person, written in the language of terms and difficult to put into practice. For personal development and career knowledge, I always choose authors who have experienced what they write about.
A book from a practicing author is, first of all, tested on personal experience, an improved technique, described feedback for each chapter, as prescribed by the author in his material and zero unnecessary knowledge or those that were outdated a hundred years ago and have nothing in common with our present.
I received the book-diary "Starving for Happiness" by Alexander Suvorov, it is interesting to read about Alexander's experience, those approaches that he has tested on himself and has been successfully practicing for 7 years.
