HOW TO FIND BALANCE IN BUSINESS
Of course, the rule "if you want something done right, do it yourself" has never been canceled, but becoming a bottleneck for your own business is like signing your own verdict.
The solution is to delegate. Only the general strategy and ideology should remain with you.
Work is primarily about earning, and it should be approached accordingly. Leave behind the ideology that your business is not just about money but also about calling, passion, and mission.
It doesn't work that way. Unfortunately, the ability to wake up in a good mood every day, always start on the right foot, and be in top form around the clock is a fantasy, not reality.
Despite this, you need to pull yourself together and go to work. Obviously, on such days, the beloved work does not bring satisfaction. So, what about calling, mission, and passion?
Business is not always a celebration; more often, it's a battlefield, sometimes without rules. It's not worth bringing work into the family, getting stuck in its discussion during a family dinner, or spending a long-awaited family day on solving work issues.
One needs to learn to balance: close relationships and business should not intersect. Otherwise, in a few years, you will ruin both your marriage, relationships, and possibly the business itself.
Running for the sake of running is a poor strategy. There comes a moment when previous goals no longer motivate, and money (for the sake of which everything started) loses its value.
It shouldn't be this way: money should bring satisfaction! How and where to find this satisfaction is a separate skill that needs to be mastered. However, it's challenging to do so if you dedicate all your time exclusively to work.
If you earn but don't spend, the balance is disrupted. What's the point of having money if you don't spend it on a life that brings you pleasure?
Another important condition for achieving balance is to reduce the level of control. Of course, a lack of control from the owner at the start often becomes the cause of the downfall of a not yet strengthened system, on the other hand excessive control has also its drawbacks.
For example, bias: who, how, and where is planning to deceive me? How to act in this situation? First of all, immediately dismiss such thoughts. Secondly, one needs to learn to let go when the system is already working.
There is no ideal form of control, but there is a magical rule: the simpler, the better. The owner only needs to control the main figures and determine a few reference points, leaving the rest untouched.
One can spend precious time waiting for a windfall and the moment when there will finally be enough money. A banal example: "as soon as I earn 100 million, I'll lie under a palm tree by the ocean." It won't happen!
If you are an entrepreneur, even with 100 million or more, you will remain an entrepreneur who will repeatedly seek opportunities to channel that energy.
